The Ansob Center continues to be overseen by one of the organizations founders, Executive Director Cathleen Joyce. Ms Joyce has a masters degree in counseling from Long Island University and has spent the last 15 years addressing the resettlement needs of newly arrived refugees.

Mersiha Nikocevic joined the Ansob Center in 2004. Ms Nikocevic is a political asylum recipient who comes from the Mitrovica region of the former Yugoslavia. She speaks Bosnian, Albanian, and Turkish and worked for the United Nations for several years prior to coming to the United States.

Iman Fawzy graduated from Alexandria University in 2001 and is currently taking graduate courses at the New School for Social Research. Iman is a native Arabic speaker and has years of experience teaching English as a second language.
